Where My Dog's At a big success at Start Engine

APOC News Item posted on October 1, 2012

It's a "dog meet dog world." Don't miss out if you have a dog, and don't miss out if you want to support APOC's latest success.

After an amazing summer, WhereMyDogsAt  is ready to launch.  Jon Kolker and Gareth Wilson have spent the summer at StartEngine, L.A.'s hotest new incubator, or more accurately accelerator.  They were selected to partipipate in this summer's cohort after winning the open mic competition at Digital LA

So why is Where My Dogs At so hot?  Well, every one loves dogs, especially dog lovers.  And every dog owner wants their dogs by their side as they roam around and live their lives.  Where My Dogs At is the first ever location-based social network for dog owners, allowing them to find dog friendly places to go and people to meet...or should we say other dogs to meet!!   The site makes it "fun and easy to find the best places to hang with your four legged friend."  Take a look at the site and see how cleverly they have integrated dog-speak.  "Mark your territory without the mess." Rate your finds with paws instead of stars or thumbs.  Add friends, send messages, and "sniff around" as you become a member of this fun and creative mobile community for dogs and their people.

We are barking mad about this fun site.  Go team Where My Dogs At.  We can't wait for your November 1, 2012 launch.  Shout out to the team.  Remember:  download the app and be a part of it!!
